Physical Exams & Consulting Services

Northwest Health Occupational Medicine offers a full menu of physical exams for your applicants/employees at all locations. Hiring the right people who are medically cleared to perform the required job duties will foster increased productivity and reduce the risk of work-related injury.

Essential Function Screenings

Our specially trained therapists can conduct Essential Function Screenings (EFS) on your applicants/employees to assure that they can safely perform the essential functions of their job.

Drug & Alcohol Testing

Northwest Health Occupational Medicine offers multiple solutions for DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing. In addition to a variety of drug screen panels, Northwest Health Occupational Medicine also offers electronic reporting through our eScreen Occupational Health Network. Our 5-panel eCup for Non-DOT testing can be completed and reported to your desktop or confidential fax in as little as 15 minutes. DOT Services

Department of Transportation (DOT) services are available at very competitive prices through Northwest Health Occupational Medicine. Our four clinic locations make it a convenient stop for DOT/CDL physicals, random drug and alcohol testing, post-accident testing and treatment of work-related injuries for employees that must be managed under DOT regulations.

Surveillance Testing
